You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. rich1988 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, rich1988 requires all players to complete our KYC verification process. This involves submission of:
rich1988 may additionally request source-of-funds documentation for accounts with high transaction volumes as part of our responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Failure or refusal to complete KYC will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT) carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. rich1988 does not accept cash deposits.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Processing times are indicative only and may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
The Platform's primary operating currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All balances, transactions, and bonus values displayed on the Platform are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on rich1988 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including rollover (wagering) requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, bonus expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits. A rollover requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 15x rollover requires total wagers of RM1,500 before withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements typically range from 10x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing rollover requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per bet, per spin, or per round is RM30 unless the specific promotion terms state a different limit. Placing wagers exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated during the session in question.
rich1988 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where it determines that a player or group of players has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to circumvent rollover, and participation in coordinated betting schemes.
Bonuses that are not used or fully rolled over within the period stated in the promotion terms (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance) will be automatically removed from your account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

rich1988's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum cap of MYR 2,880.
rich1988 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

rich1988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for reasons of player-requested self-exclusion, any remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the player following completion of KYC verification, subject to our standard withdrawal procedures.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, rich1988 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including both real-money funds and any bonus credits, without further liability to the player.
